In 1912, when Dr. Paul Bragg had a dream to help the world live a healthier life, who could have imagined that 100+ years later the vision and legacy would be stronger than ever and growing? Popularizing the first health food stores, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and the beloved Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, this hour is a dance with history, a story delightfully shared with his devoted daughter and legacy holder, Dr. Patricia Bragg. A rare and classic tale of success and contribution.

  1. Thank you Danielle for hosting a wonderful interview. I was introduced to Patricia and Paul Bragg over twenty years ago through a book laying around at a friend’s house. I have held on to it all these years later and have used many of the principles in the book to care for my hair. The title of the book is Your Health and Your Hair. I have found adding a couple caps of the Bragg’s organic Apple Cider Vinegar to an old empty conditioner bottle and filling it with water to be a great way to make a wonderful DIY conditioner that resets the pH of my hair and scalp after washing with a shampoo bar. I use the whole bottle of this mix to rinse my hair thoroughly after washing. In the book Paul Bragg teaches a great way of using a castille soap bar to make shampoo. There are beautiful pictures of Patricia and tips on how she cared for her hair in the book. So it was simply a delight hearing her in this interview. Her enthusiasm and knowledge are infectious. Loved it all and I will incorporate some of the wisdom she shared in this interview in my own life. I love your interview style and I will definitely be checking out some of the other interviews you’ve done. Thanks again. Kind regards, Nes
