Melanie Bush has been a member of the Artemis International team for more than 10 years. She specializes in science and research focused on berry phytonutrients and her work spans several departments including QA/QC, R&D, and Sales Support.
Melanie especially enjoys organizing and communicating the ever-evolving science and studies on berries. With the strong relationships she has developed with some of the top researchers in the field of fruit & vegetable studies, Melanie spends a good amount of her time investigating and coordinating new research opportunities. She attended Purdue University-Fort Wayne (IPFW) with a full academic scholarship, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology. Throughout her university career, she received numerous research awards and recognition for her six years of immunology research with high anthocyanin berry extracts and their immune-enhancing and anti-cancer effects.
