How to increase your life span—and your health span
Guest: John Robbins, environmentalist, activist and nutritional master
When I first interviewed John Robbins in 2007, living to 100 seemed like a remote possibility for the rare few—unless you were living in a “Blue Zone” somewhere around the world. But today, this is an ever-increasing reality for many because his commitment to improving the quality of life changed the way we viewed the dairy industry, shifted our perspective on responsible eating, and set a standard for the food giants that still guide us today. Healthy at 100 is a reality because of pioneers and visionaries who made it possible to think beyond outdated statistics and old paradigms of thinking.
Thank you, John!
